Shipping Methods Available?

We use usps exclusively. All packages are sent professionally packaged in eco friendly packaging. We do not have issues with delivery thanks to the farm bill. See terms of service for more details.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All packages are sent out asap. Orders can take anywhere from 3-7 days  within the US and up to. Tracking numbers are provided via email with order confirmation. Please realize i am a small business shipping these orders by hand until i can afford a better solution. 

What if I Dont Get My Package? 

All packages are given a tracking number and sent via usps. Only packages within the US selected for guaranteed shipping are subject to a possible refund/replacement. This does not include packages stolen from porches, we can only go off what the tracking says. 

International Orders

• International Shipping : Any international packages are at your own risk! We do not guarantee international delivery. place international orders at your own risk. 
  
  
  
• With international orders you are responsible for paying duties and fees for the package import.
  All Light Seeker orders are sent discretely as souvenirs to help you with the import process and marked  
  
  DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):
  meaning the  buyer is responsible for paying duties and taxes when the shipment arrives at customs in their country, as we do not have a broker to handle this for us.
